CANCELLATION POLICY

Although we do not require a deposit at the time your reservation is made, a credit card number is required to reserve a bus.

If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your departure date, you will not incur any charge. If you cancel your reservation 8-13 days prior to departure date and your bus is not re-booked, you will be charged for 50% of the total bus rental fee. If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less prior to your departure date, you will be charged for 100% of the bus rental fee. No charges will be incurred if your reservation is canceled and we are able to re-book your bus if we mutually agree on terms.
